This is an amazing opportunity to join our rapidly growing team as a Ruby on Rails Developer at Oxford Medical Simulation here in the UK. You will be instrumental in the development of our Learning Management System web application to help create a positive experience for learners and educators all over the world.
Because of you, OMS is delivering more training, more quickly, to those that need it in healthcare and healthcare education globally.
What you will be doing:
As a Ruby on Rails Developer you will be joining a team of enthusiastic and supportive developers with a wide range of experience in building web applications and simulations. You will participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives where all team members are active participants. You will be collaborating on design decisions, developing new and existing features, peer reviewing code and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our team's processes.

Essential Skills:
Ruby, Rails
React
Web Application Development
Unit and Integration Testing
SQL (generic knowledge)
Source code versioning using Git.
Familiarity with and experience of agile methodologies
