We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across a range of marketing channels and campaigns. You’ll work closely with teams across content, sales, product, and events to keep things running smoothly - from email marketing and CRM management to social media scheduling and campaign reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s organised, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment.
Who you are:
You have 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordinator role. We are looking for someone who is:
Strong writing and editing skills, especially for digital channels.
A great communicator - comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners.
Familiar with CRM/marketing tools - HubSpot experience is a big plus.
Comfortable with tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe Suite for light creative work.
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven.
Curious and collaborative - someone who thrives in a team and is keen to learn.
Interested in healthcare, edtech, or simulation
What you will be doing:
Campaigns and Digital Marketing
Support and help execute inbound/outbound campaigns (email, social, paid, SEO, BDR).
Keep our campaign calendar organised by persona and segment.
Build and QA HubSpot emails and landing pages.
Help coordinate deliverables with our external agencies and partners.
Assist with blog, newsletter, and social content creation.
Maintain and update our marketing collateral.
Keep our content library and messaging resources up to date and accessible.
Social Media and Community
Schedule posts across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Meta, YouTube, and more.
Monitor engagement, track growth, and support community building.
Track KPIs in HubSpot and Google Analytics - and report monthly.
Manage contact lists, segmentation, and lead workflows.
Support marketing budget tracking and help with payments, POs, and admin.
Get involved in surveys and market research projects as needed.
Help organise and promote events - from webinars to conferences.
Support logistics for internal and external activities.
